Hatha Yoga

This class is geared toward understanding the dynamics of breath, balancing out the left and right sides of the body and brain, and establishing equanimity in our lives. It is slower paced and perfect for beginners to advanced practitioners as the focus is always drawing inward to one's own experience. This class incorporates movement, pranayama (breath practices), conscious relaxation and meditation.
